On-Site Support

One-to-one training and support is done at your home or venue of your choice. The charge is £40/hr, plus travel if you're further than 15 minutes travel time from Bookham. Up to 20 mins travel: £15, 20 to 45 mins travel: £20. 45 mins to 1hr travel £25. Parking fees charged at cost.

Remote Support

I can support your simple/quick training requirements and software errors/queries remotely - phone to fix a time for me to take control of your pc using a secure connection from my office without the travel costs.

Remote Calls up to 15 mins: £18

Remote Calls up to 30 mins: £26

Remote Calls up to 45 mins: £30

Remote Calls up to 1 hr: £36

If I estimate that the problem you are experiencing is likely to take more than an hour to troubleshoot, the best course of action would be to visit.

On-site visits are payable by cheque or by online banking at the time of visit, or, by prior arrangement, by invoice.
